Bradley R. Lymangrover, PLS, CFS

Bradley Lymangrover is a 1969 graduate of Edmonds Senior High School and has acquired
an Associates of Arts Degree from Edmonds Community College. Having started his
survey career in 1978 as a rodman, he has progressed over a period of 39 years to
being registered as a Washington State Land Surveyor and a Certified Federal Surveyor.
As well as being a business owner, Mr. Lymangrover has served as the Olympic Region
Surveyor for the Washington State Department of Natural Resources and the survey
manager for a survey/engineering firm. He is experienced in all types of surveys,
such as boundary surveys, topographic mapping, construction staking, hydrographic
surveys, formal subdivisions, short plats, boundary line adjustments and agreements,
elevation certificates and certified federal surveys. His career has also led him
to having to testify as an expert court witness during several boundary disputes.
Mr. Lymangrover is also a current member of the Land Surveyors Association of Washington,
having served in the past as President of the local chapter.
Lucas R. Lymangrover, PLS
Chief of Parties
Lucas Lymangrover is a graduate of Sequim High School and has recently passed the
Washington State examinations and is licensed as a Registered Professional Land Surveyor.
He plays an integral role with the decisions regarding the direction of this firm.
He has 21 years experience in many aspects of field surveying, such as boundary
surveying, topographic mapping, construction staking, elevation surveys and casdastral
surveying. He excels in providing courteous and informative field interaction
with clients.
Lucas is also versed in office data reduction and calculation procedures, and he
has completed certified traffic safety and first aid courses.
